Inhalation:
Inhalation produces damaging effects on the mucous membranes and upper respiratory tract. Symptoms may include irritation of the nose and throat, and labored breathing. May cause lung edema, a medical emergency.
Ingestion:
Corrosive. Toxic, destructive to tissues. May cause sore throat, abdominal spasms, vomiting and diarrhea.
Skin Contact:
Corrosive. Cause skin burns with much pain. May be absorbed through skin.
Eye Contact:
Corrosive. Vapors irritate the eyes. Splashes may cause eye burns with redness, pain, blurred vision.

4. First Aid Measures

Inhalation:

DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Give large quantities of water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Call a physician immediately.
Skin Contact:

Protect against physical damage. Store in a cool, dry well-ventilated location, away from any area where the fire hazard may be acute. Outside or detached storage is preferred.
